Crypto Market Update

In this week’s market news, the Bitcoin price crossed $100k yesterday for the first time since February, with its market dominance currently standing at over 63% — more than 10% greater than the first time it crossed $100k in December 2024.

Driving this positive market activity across both the cryptocurrency market and stock market was a trade agreement that was announced between the U.S. and the U.K. on Thursday. This is the first deal since President Trump first introduced the tariffs in April. According to Trump, many other deals are in the late stages of negotiation.
